Horseshoe Cottage is a large family house with views over South Green. It is near to the sea, the Common, and the shops, tea rooms and pubs of Southwold. This old fishing town is located along a stretch of beautiful, unspoilt coastline, the Heritage Coast. Available all year round.

The comfortable lounge is fully carpeted and has a sofa and three easy chairs.
The dining room is separate and has pine table and chairs for six.
Heating is by Night Storage Heaters and extra Electric Heaters.

The modern kitchen is entered from the hallway, has plenty of storage cupboards and another door exits to the courtyard.

Included in the Kitchen:    Table and Chairs, Electric Oven, Microwave, Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher, Pots & Pans, Crockery & Glasses, Toaster, Coffee Maker

There are three bedrooms, one double and two twins. They all have pine wardrobes, chests of drawers, bed side tables and lamps.
The double bedroom has its own wash basin with mirror, light and shaving point.

The Bathroom has a bath with shower over, washbasin and separate toilet. There is an additional toilet in the outhouse.

Outside there is a fully enclosed and gated courtyard containing a brick outhouse with toilet, washing machine and tumble drier. Also storage for garden chairs and beach things.

There is on street parking outside. Sorry, no smoking is allowed but one well behaved dog is very welcome at an extra charge.
