With a spacious hallway on entering the villa, the formal living and dining area offers ample space for multiple families.

Offering a bright and spacious family room to relax in together as a family, with occasional and coffee tables, surrounded by over-stuffed sofas and a love-seat, plus an entertainment centre with a 42-inch flat screen HDTV and DVD player, plus surround-sound stereo system. If you would prefer peace and quiet to read or chat, use our separate sitting room area at the front of the house.

This 6-bedroom villa includes 3 king sized bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, which provides room for up to 12 comfortably. Upstairs you will find two master suites with king-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms; two bedrooms with twin beds and another large bedroom with queen-sized bed. Three of the upstairs bedrooms share a spacious bathroom. The sixth bedroom is located on the lower level and is furnished with a queen-sized bed. All bedrooms feature a 15" LCD TV and air conditioning.

Access to the outside area is gained through sliding doors from the kitchen to the private lanai with heated swimming pool and spa. This covered area is south-facing and enjoys bright sunshine from early afternoon until evening. There is a large table and chairs for outdoor entertaining and 4 sun loungers for relaxing in the Florida sun.

If the weather doesn't live up to the usual Orlando, Florida standards - then the garage has been set up as a fun-packed games room for the family to enjoy, with 7-ft pool table and foosball game!

Located within a very quiet gated community but only minutes from all the attractions of Orlando and 2 miles from Walt Disney World!
